		<description>The Hairy Ball Theorem was a favourite of Prof Christopher Zeeman at Warwick who often talked about it. However, we weren&#039;t able to follow a proof of the theorem until an Algebraic Topology course in the 3rd year. There it became the &lt;b&gt;Generalized Hairy Ball Theorem&lt;/b&gt; &lt;i&gt;There is no continuous field of non-zero tangent vectors on an even dimensional sphere&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

In the same category someone needs to add the Ham Sandwich Theorem to Wikipedia.
