The \u201cvictims\u2019 surcharge\u201d will be added to fixed penalty tickets given out by police and not just those fined in court.<\/p>\n<p>The Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 provides for a surcharge to be payable and for the money collected to be used for domestic violence victims.<\/p>\n<p>The minimum fine of \u00a360 for speeding or not wearing a seat belt will rise to \u00a375.
